Job Description:
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Finance Manager to oversee financial operations throughout the construction and operational phases of a renewable energy project in Timor-Leste.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead financial governance, reporting, and compliance.
* Negotiate and execute financing agreements.
* Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
* Manage cash flow, debt covenants, FX exposure, and ensure IFRS compliance.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports.
Candidate's Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent. Fluency in English required; Portuguese, Tetum, French, or Japanese a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in senior-level financial leadership role preferred.
