They will be first point of contact for all office technology ranging from TVs, meeting and consultant rooms, to personal devices such as laptops and mobile phones.
This role is also integral in the onboarding experience, ensuring everything is ready to go for new starters on Day One.Key DutiesAssist with all in person technology assistanceComplete New User account creation and deletionManage the delivery and return of hardware, including troubleshootingEnsure all Meeting rooms and office technology is functionalProvide training to end users as required by the businessSupport all key events and functions requiring technologyAssist in investigating, analysing and resolving hardware problems including hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and supportQualificationsExperience and Qualifications2 years on Service Desk or equivalent1+ years providing new user support, including creating accounts, onboarding, hardware and software deploymentIn person support for Teams meeting rooms and related equipmentExperience troubleshooting and resolving hardware issuesExperience with Office 365 and WindowsKnowledge and experience with ITILExposure to Fresh Service or similar ticketing systemKnowledge and working experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Print ServersProven experience supporting printers, both in person and remotelyExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationThis role will be based in our Melbourne office 5 days a week.- Opportunity to step up and gain valuable experience working with a fantastic team- Work for an organisation with purpose, committed to serving the communityYou are welcome here.Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
