**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Setting up new brokers in our systems
- Working with the Partnerships team to maintain the relationships with Brokers
- Providing support to Brokers in relation to customer loan enquiries (potential, new and existing) including retrieving key documentation to facilitate the loan
- Working with the internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process for Brokers and their customers
- Educating Brokers on the Bizcap product, our policies and our platforms (including setting up brokers with Partner Portal access)
- Retrieving key information and documentation including credit reports to ensure complete transparency on required stips communicated to Brokers
**About you**:
- Experience in broker management, business development, or sales
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer needs
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong sense of urgency
- High level attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
