Manage overall merchandise shop operations, assisting with guest needs and requestsTrain and mentor team members, provide supervision, and effectively allocate tasksSupport daily tasks including assisting management with banking procedures, accurately manage store inventory, and open and close of the storeEnsure occupational health and safetystandards are maintained within the storeMore about youDemonstrated experience in a leadership position managing a teamBachelor's degree in merchandise management, business management or hospitality is strongly preferredAbility to engage a workforce, to motivate and provide clear direction while creating a safe and respectful working environmentUnderstanding of relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice and industry standardsAvailability Monday to Friday, withextra weekend work required when Collingwood playsComfortable with ADHOC shifts and flexible schedulingThe application period will close on 24/10/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.Who we areOur business is all about people, and that includes you.
