The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and organised Administrative Associate to provide excellent support from our Parramatta campus. Handling inquiries quickly and communicating well, your role will be crucial to student and staff mobility. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, communicates well and is looking to build their career within the space. The team is friendly and relaxed; perfect for those who enjoy working efficiently and getting along with their workmates.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Parramatta South campus. Occasional travel will also be required as part of the role.
Responsibilities
* Support and manage inquiries related to student mobility.
* Coordinate administrative tasks to support the Office of the Provost and Student Mobility teams.
* Communicate effectively with students and staff; assist with information requests and referrals.
* Utilize technology to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
* Work independently with minimal direction and as part of a collaborative team.

* Exposure and a proactive attitude toward completing administrative work.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
* Ability to work independently without requiring constant direction.

Remuneration Package
HEW Level 4 $92,285 to $98,250 p.a. (comprising Salary of $77,982 to $83,022 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
