Job Description
kapish investment pty lty As a Retail Supervisor at Kapish Investment Pty Ltd, you will lead the team and oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You'll handle guest inquiries, manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action Meet the company and store standards to ensure client satisfaction. Comply with the company's WorkSafe and training policy. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Certificate II or III in Retail Management or a related qualification is required.
Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor or Customer Service Representative may be considered. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work under pressure.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues and operational challenges. Familiarity with Point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other similar technologies. Ability to provide customer satisfaction and exceptional service.
