Empowering Young People: A Youth Justice Initiative
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in supporting Koori youth at risk of entering the justice system. This initiative aims to reconnect young people with education and employment pathways, promoting positive outcomes and community engagement.
As a Caseworker Early School Leavers Youth Justice, you will play a vital role in mentoring and advocating for Koori youth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Mentoring and advocacy services to support young people's educational and career aspirations
* Case management focused on connecting youth with local employment and education pathways
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent, along with knowledge of local community dynamics and youth justice principles.
