About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for an initial six-month fixed-term contract.
This role provides hands-on exposure across both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. You will play a key role in supporting cash flow, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transactional processing.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder interaction.
About You
* Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a combined AP/AR role
* Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and fair credit practices
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail with excellent accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems, particularly NetSuite (essential)
* Experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
* Professional phone manner and a solution-focused mindset
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
