We're on the lookout for a talented Project Engineer (Civil Design) who's looking to step into a diverse, high‐impact role within a collaborative and supportive engineering team.
Your new role
* Managing the delivery of drainage schemes and stormwater infrastructure.
* Work across greenfield development projects that directly influence how neighbourhoods evolve
* Reviewing engineering designs and development submissions.
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Conducting project scheduling, risk management, and financial forecasting.
* Keeping meticulous project documentation and ensuring compliance.
* Joining site visits to see projects come to life.
* You'll manage a portfolio of around 50 projects, but don't worry, there's plenty of team support, great systems, and experienced engineers around you.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree‐qualified Civil Engineer.
* Experience in design consultancy or council (both welcome!).
* Understanding of WSUD principles, hydraulic structures, and flood modelling.
* Strong eye for detail and ability to interpret drawings.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time‐management skills.
* Someone proactive, personable, and ready to jump into a fast‐paced environment.
