You'll work across diverse business areas, creating scalable HR solutions while championing a high-performance and inclusive environment.In this role you'll:Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver strategic HR programsDrive leadership development, talent planning, and succession initiativesLead workforce planning through data-driven insightsManage complex employee relations and performance mattersSupport EA bargaining and Fair Work conciliationsCollaborate with COEs to deliver scalable and inclusive people solutionsYour ideal skills & experienceProven HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP roleStrong business acumen and ability to influence at all levelsDeep expertise in workforce planning, change management, and talent developmentSkilled in navigating complex industrial and employee relations mattersExcellent consulting and coaching skills with a collaborative mindsetA tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related fieldWhy SercoJoin a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
