**The opportunity**:
Based at the ICHM Adelaide Campus, you will report to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager. This is a crucial role that drives revenue growth by promoting and selling the programs and services of **Acknowledge Education **and **ICHM **(both part of UP Education).
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings
- Administration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates
**About You**:
This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a great, positive attitude.
- Education industry background preferred but is not essential
- Ideally about 2 years sales/ administration experience
- Positive attitude and ability to prioritise and work with constant changes
- Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner's community
- Strong cross-functional thinker; Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Desire/commitment to work onsite, fulltime in the office
- Previous experience recruiting international students into hotel/ hospitality management courses would be highly regarded
