Commis Chef | Royal Beenleigh
Royal Hotel Beenleigh is seeking an enthusiastic, trade‐qualified Commis Chef to join a high‐volume bistro kitchen. Working under the guidance of our Head Chef and senior team, you will work across multiple stations prepping ingredients, cooking high‐quality pub favourites, and maintaining immaculate food hygiene standards during busy lunch and dinner services.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
* Experience working in a fast‐paced kitchen
* Understanding of the importance of passion, precision and productivity for a guest‐focused experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Full availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that wow our guests
* Contribute positively to a culture centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
* Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well‐presented dishes that align with Alh standards
Physical Requirements
* Manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs and deliveries as part of regular duties; applicants must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently
