• Portfolio located in Wyndham
• Tenant and landlord liaison
• Arrears
• VCAT representation
• 1 in 5 Saturdays
• Lease renewal and rent reviews
• Maintenance requests
• New lease agreements
• Routine inspections
• Leasing

Skill/Qualifications

• Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector
• Immaculately presented and confident character
• 2 + years experience assist/managing a residential portfolio
• Have the proven ability to manage a residential portfolio
• Up to date Agents Rep & valid driver's License
