We are seeking an Early Careers Manager to join our Organisational Capability & Experience team, where you will lead the development and delivery of bold, innovative graduate and internship programs that build future-ready talent.

It is a learning-focused, experience-driven opportunity to design purposeful talent pipeline strategies, foster strategic partnerships and champion diversity and inclusion.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of Stockland’s Graduate Program, including recruitment campaigns, graduate rotations and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences and support materials that build graduate capability and confidence.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities and learning providers to strengthen our early talent pipeline.
- Manage internship programs aligned with our Diversity & Inclusion agenda, including Stepping Into and Career Trackers.
- Provide first-line support for graduate enquiries and ensure a seamless experience across the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Organisational Capability & Experience team to ensure Stockland’s early careers initiatives deliver meaningful impact across our talent, D&I; and strategic workforce planning agendas.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, experience and long-term retention.
- Role model Stockland’s values and behaviours, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity and customer focus across the graduate cohort.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field are desirable but not essential.
- Experience in Early Careers, Organisational development or similar People and culture role
- Exposure to Learning & Development will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects with a proactive and organised approach.
- Passionate about graduate and early careers programs, with a mindset focused on growth, inclusion and innovation.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
