The role of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Business Partner is to collaborate with the EHS Manager ANZ in creating a proactive safety culture by providing specialist support and partnership across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and delivering EHS activities across ANZ
">
* Update and maintain the Safety Management System
">
* Maintain registers for EHS licenses and permits
">
* Design workflows for LOTO and Electrical safety practical assessments
">
* Support element owners in building evidence for compliance with the safety management system
">
* Deliver New Employee Orientation sessions and tools
">
* Support People Leaders and employees on health and safety programs
">
* Drive EHS KPI compliance and achievement
">
* Conduct safety Gemba walks and general hazard inspections
">
* Manage the return-to-work process
">
* Review and update procedures for alignment with global policies and standards
">
* Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures
">
">
Qualifications and Experience:
">
">
* Formal qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety
">
* Knowledge of A&NZ Work Health & Safety Legislation codes and standards
">
* Previous experience working in high-risk industry environments
">
* Current driver's license
">
">
Desired Characteristics:

* Proven experience in WHS and RTW roles
">
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 WHS Management Systems

* Demonstrated ability to support and deliver WHS initiatives

* Experience in data extraction and analysis

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Adaptability to work effectively with diverse teams
