Plant Finance Manager - Manufacturing
Location: South/Western Suburbs
We're looking for a commercially savvy Plant Finance Manager to lead financial control and partner with Operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity across the manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll sit at the heart of operations, linking finance with operations.
What You'll Own
* Lead month-end close and ensure integrity of SAP financials (cost & inventory)
* Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and budgets aligned to plant KPIs
* Drive standard costing accuracy and cost visibility
* Partner with Operations to eliminate waste and lift plant performance
* Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
* Champion strong internal controls

* Proven finance experience in an FMCG environment
* Strong cost accounting and inventory expertise
* SAP capability and advanced Excel skills
