What You'll Do
As a valued member of our Seedlings & Co family, you'll:
Support meaningful, play-based learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and underpinned by our learning philosophy,
Contribute to environments that uphold the National Quality Framework (NQF) — ensuring every child's safety, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Build warm, genuine relationships with children, families, and your team.
Reflect, collaborate, and bring creative ideas to everyday learning moments.
Maintain environments that invite exploration, nurture curiosity, and connect children with nature.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking Cert III and Diploma-qualified educators who bring heart, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
You'll also have:
Understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child-safe practices.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong, trusting relationships.
Flexibility across age groups.
Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
