Job Title
A high-performing Studio Manager and Procurement Professional is required to join a dynamic interior design studio in Sydney.
This exciting role will support the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth internal processes and efficient project progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Studio Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for new client enquiries and general studio communications.
o Provide administrative support to senior team members, including preparing proposals, contracts, and invoices.
o Maintain a well-organized and welcoming studio environment, including scheduling meetings, presentations, and events.
o Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to support project needs.
* Procurement Management:
o Support the design team with procurement tasks, including requesting supplier quotes and invoices, furniture budgets, and lead times.
o Place and track orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm lead times, process invoices, and schedule deliveries.
o Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and warranty claims.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in studio management, operations, or procurement within the design industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
