SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR | $75M COMMERCIAL PROJECT | SYDNEY
An established Head Contractor is seeking a commercially strong Senior Contracts Administrator or experienced Contracts Administrator to join the delivery team on a newly awarded $75M commercial project in Sydney.
This role will suit someone confident managing the financial administration of large-scale projects, including head contract management, cost reporting, procurement, forecasting and subcontractor management.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working on commercial construction projects circa $30M+
* Strong financial reporting and forecasting capability
* Demonstrated head contract administration experience
* Ability to manage procurement and subcontractor packages independently
* Stable background within reputable Head Contractors
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
