About the Role
As our Club Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors. Your warm personality, professionalism, and helpful attitude will set the tone for every guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting all guests with a friendly, positive, and professional manner
* Assisting patrons with enquiries, directions, and general support
* Promoting Club services, facilities and membership options
* Processing membership sign‐ups and ensuring visitors are signed in correctly
* Upholding dress standards and entry requirements
* Maintaining the foyer and lounge areas to a high presentation standard
* Providing accurate information to patrons when requested.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, confident and approachable manner
* The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Good problem‐solving skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
* Hospitality or Club experience (highly regarded but not essential)
