Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and, through a collaborative approach, empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Serve as a go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment that supports everyone in achieving store goals.
