Our ICT Directorate is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to play a crucial part in planning, executing, responding and reinforcing change management activities that support projects within a complex and evolving environment. This role will assist in shaping streamlined solutions that improve processes and deliver meaningful benefits for the organisation and children and young people.

As Senior Change Analyst, you will make a meaningful contribution by:

* Leading the development and implementation of a change plan that ensures successful adoption and minimises obstacles.
* Developing communication and engagement plans to ensure timely and transparent communication of changes to all those that are impacted.
* Collaborating with teams to deliver engaging training procedures related to ICT that equips staff with the skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
* Conducting impact assessments to evaluate how changes affect stakeholders, processes and systems, ensuring successful adoption of ICT projects.
* Establishing metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change projects and training to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Experience in applying change management frameworks, methodologies and associated techniques within a complex change environment.
* Knowledge of contemporary training methods and best practices for developing, delivering and coordinating training programs.
* Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating effective training, particularly in a large, complex decentralised organisation.
* Sound interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to consult and liaise collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Experience in preparing complex reports, proposals and recommendations whilst undertaking research and analysis to support decision‐making.

Special Conditions

Desirable Qualification: Change Management Qualification (i.e. PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR) or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
