* Manage site transport operations to ensure efficient and cost‐effective logistics processes.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and operational guidelines.

* Monitor and optimise resource allocation and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement process improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Operations Manager should have:
* Proven experience in transport management and site transport operations or a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
* Significant experience transporting dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
* Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive and results‐driven approach to challenges.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
