Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
* Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
* Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices
* Managing and training kitchen staff
* Monitoring portion and waste control
* Acting up in Head Chef capacity where required
Key Selection Criteria:
* Diploma in Commercial Cookery
* 2+ years experience
* Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance obligations
* Exceptional time management skills
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability and willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
