About the role
We are looking for a switched-on and ambitious Loan Processor/Client Relationship Manager to join the team of three mortgage brokers in our Perth office. You will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in the finance industry and a willingness to learn.
Duties
Provide ongoing administrative support to the Finance Brokers
Follow up lodgements, process discharges and organise settlements
Maintain client files in CRM/Database
Assist with servicing calculations and lender recommendations
Work with the Mortgage Broker to develop and present loan scenarios for clients
Support our brokers with adhering to compliance & NCCP requirements
Liaising with third party channel (solicitors, conveyancers, real estate managers, accountants, and financial planners)
Skills & Experience
2 or more years of experience in a similar role
High level of communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to review and interpret income documentation to assess client serviceability
Knowledge & experience with FLEX & ApplyOnline
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (not essential)
