We are seeking a proactive Administration Support Officer to support our Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administration and customer service, including managing correspondence and records, processing invoices, payroll and permits, assisting with projects and policy updates, and other administrative tasks for the Infrastructure Services Directorate.

You will have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A team-focused and adaptable approach is essential.
