We have a great opportunity for a Digital Workplace Engineer to join us at an exciting time of transformation and modernisation in our Digital Workplace. Your Workplace technology experience and expertise will see you supporting the latest technology solutions and tools to enable the productivity of our People in our new hybrid workplace, in line with delivering Stockland’s strategic vision.
This role will suit for enthusiastic opportunity supporting role into an engineer with relevant experience. The role provides 3rd level technical capabilities to the Digital Workplace.
The role will be required to work closely with cross functioning teams, ensuring the success and outcome through relevant projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online
* Windows 10/11
* Endpoint Management Intune, MDM, SCCM
* Experience in administration for Amazon Workspace
* Active Directory - DNS, Certificate, LDAP, SSO
* PowerShell and other scripting
* Provide technical support and supporting cross functioning teams within technology
* Problem management resolution through root cause analysis and automation
* Run Small to Medium projects and activities from time to time.
About You
* Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Engineering and supporting role
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft stack tools such as Office365, SCCM, Windows 10, Windows Virtual Desktop, and Intune
* Be experienced up to Level 3 support.
* Ability to respond quickly, competently, and patiently. Individual must be able to gather information, evaluate options and offer working solutions.
* Experience in Microsoft Skype for Business/Microsoft teams calling
* Experience with Meeting room technology
* Experience in PowerShell and other scripting will be viewed favourably
