About the role

This is a fast paced sales role. We a looking for enthusiastic applicants with a proven track record in B2B sales, telco or ICT experience is advantageous. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional for the position of Account Manager, Mid Market and Emerging.

The primary objective of this role is to mitigate churn and grow our customers product holding by providing solutions that address business needs. You will be selling Enterprise Mobility Solutions, IoT, Vehicle/Asset Tracking, SD-WAN, Security, Managed Networks and other technologies that enable business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively manage and GROW a portfolio of business customers in Queensland
2. Support and maintain strong relationships with current and future customers
3. Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through expansion of product holdings
4. Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and strategies to win in market
5. Development of account plans and sales strategies to achieve set targets
6. Growing and sufficient maintaining sales pipeline
7. Regular training to develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in B2B solution selling in telecommunications or technology industry
2. Minimum 3-5 years of B2B solution selling experience required
3. Strong relationship-building and customer focus with the ability to understand and address business needs
4. Negotiation skills, both written and verbal
5. Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
6. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
7. Experience with Salesforce CRM system advantagous
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
9. Desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
10. Hunger and passion for success
11. Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
