Store Manager Role
As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence and driving sales growth.
This role involves leading by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all team members are motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a high level of customer experience
* Managing visual merchandising standards and stock management
* Supporting the Store Manager in driving store success
* Leading, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve store targets
* Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Our ideal candidate will possess previous retail or customer service experience, with a passion for coaching and developing team members. They will have strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and create a customer service culture.
