Our client is a highly regarded, boutique finance company supporting all things finance in the Real Estate industry. They specialise in loans to assist vendors and agents with all costs associated when buying and selling property. As they continue to expand they're seeking a Credit Control/Debt Collections Officer to join their team on a temporary basis (full-time hours), to help them manage and recover outstanding payments. What You’ll Be Doing: Contacting clients via phone and email to discuss overdue payments Reviewing accounts, resolving outstanding balances or setting up next steps/payment plans Admin duties and keeping records of conversations and outcomes Delivering empathetic and solutions-focused customer service About this position: Credit Control/Debt Collections Officer (phone-based) Casual Contract with full-time hours (temporary ongoing contract) $38.00 per hour super Monday - Friday, regular business hours North Sydney office (2060) ASAP start Friendly and supportive team What we’re looking for: Previous experience in credit control, debt collections, accounts receivables or recoveries Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications Full-time work rights (temporary or permanent), Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply If you are interested in this position, hit the "Apply" button and submit your resume.
