About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead transformative projects that enhance how we manage data, records, and information in local government.
* Lead projects to improve data, records, and information management systems.
* Develop and implement strategies, policies, and standards for information management.
* Configure and enhance Electronic Content Management (ECM) and SharePoint Online (SPO) systems.
* Manage governance and information architecture using Microsoft 365.
* Oversee records management in compliance with legal standards and best practices.
* Mentor and lead a team, ensuring high performance and growth.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in leading information management projects, ideally in local government.
* Strong knowledge of ECM, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
* Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and project delivery.
* Familiarity with records management standards and privacy laws.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL V4) are a plus.
