About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Maintainer to join the Narrabri CHPP maintenance team.
What You'll Do
* Undertake mechanical maintenance activities on shift as needed
* Work collaboratively with your crew members, assisting where required and be a positive influence in high performance behaviour in the workplace
* Support site HSEC policy and procedures, following safe work procedures as set out for the work process
* Inspection of the work area and plant for hazards, damage and defects
* Contribute to improvement projects around the CHPP
What You'll Bring
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities:
* Mechanical trade certification, boilermaker also advantageous
* Working at heights / Confined Space / Gas Testing
* Experience of process plant and equipment, including conveyors & crushers
* Pumps
* Reclaim tunnels and valves
* Vibrating screens and feeders
* Bulldozers, loader and Bobcat
