Job Offer – Stockline Trailers - Production, Purchasing, Planning and Systems.
Stockline trailers is a family business based in Lake Cargelligo NSW, building livestock trailers for contractors and farmers.
Stockline Trailers is looking for an employee with Industry Knowledge in the trailer building industry that's intelligent and a self-motivated person to lead and assist in implementing Production, purchasing, planning and systems.
In our current purpose built 2000sqm production area on 4 acres we require modern processes in place to create a lean manufacturing facility.
Job role would be the following :
* 44 hours per week onsite
* Develop and implement processes such as order sheets, jobs sheets, inventory lists.
* CAD drawings, assembly's and components.
* Purchasing & Suppliers
* Scheduling & timelines
* Hold meetings and be accountable
* Stock control
* Collate information from factory floor and report it to office
Job would be 50% Office and 50% factory floor including liaising with Factory staff and keeping inventory stocked up such as steel parts, laser cut components, fasteners etc.
Applicant must have the capability to:
* CAD draw products, parts and assemblies.
* Create a full components / parts list for each product.
* Order parts from suppliers as needed.
* Keep track of parts inventory.
* Create job sheets.
* Create costing sheets for each product.
* Implement labour time sheets and systems for costing.
* Assist in developing operational and assembly processes so an lean manufacturing facility is created.
* Brainstorm lean manufacturing ideas with management.
* Report to management with reports.
* Have experience in the trailer/transport manufacturing industry.
* Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of production planning experience.
* Have Australian work rights for this position.
A salary of $90,000 to $130,000 per year is offered depending on industry knowledge
* Fulltime position.
* Superannuation.
