Culinary Professional
We seek a skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Your primary duties will include:
* Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
* Assisting the head chef in menu planning and inventory management
* Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
* At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
