**Resto Country Spares, **a GPC Asia Pacific business, is a leading supplier of new, restoration and reconditioned automotive spare parts for Holden and Ford vehicles. With a strong customer following and support from GPC Asia Pacific and brands such as Rare Spares, Repco, NAPA and more, Resto Country Spares has a strong online presence, and is the go-to for all Holden and Ford car enthusiasts. Our office is based in Moorabbin, and we service customers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as other other overseas markets.
**The role**:
As Customer Service Manager, you will lead a small customer service team situated in our Moorabbin office. You'll lead and inspire your team to provide first class sales and product support to our customers. The service team mainly process online orders, but also process phone-based sales, and some counter sales from time to time.
**Duties include**:
- Manage, lead and guide a busy service team
- Plan, delegate & coordinate staffing and tasks to ensure best business outcomes
- Manage systems & processes to ensure the best experiences for our team and customers
- Generate reports and monitor KPIs
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and adhered to / minimise risk
- Trouble shoot & problem solve
- Manage product returns
- Administration
- Provide inspirational leadership
- General administration
**About you**:
This role is perfect for you if you're an experience Service Leader. A similar background could work very well for you, however we're open to considering people who have strong leadership skills, who are highly organised, understand the benefits of providing exemplary service, who have fostered strong, healthy, supportive and stable team environments, and who love getting results. A passion for cars would make this the ultimate workplace for you, however it's not an essential criteria for us.
