Join a growing Sydney-based firm and contribute to a large range of Class 2 Multi-Residential and Hotel projects. The team has grown to around 50 staff within the past 2 years, with progression to continue to grow in the next 12 months and open a Melbourne office. ***ABOUT THE ROLE.**
A fantastic career opportunity for a Senior Project Lead or Associate to take the lead on a $100mil+ projects while mentoring junior staff and contributing to office culture. You'll work closely with the company directors while maintaining a high level of autonomy while managing your project team. The role will also allow you to liaise directly with property developers and further your understanding of the delivery stages of large scale projects.
***DUTIES.**
- Lead and mentor a capable team
- Manage the delivery of documentation packages
- Liaise with sub consultants, local councils and authorities
- Closely manage and advise clients
- Coordinate project delivery, attend site visits and respond to RFIs
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Registration preferred
- Revit proficiency essential
- Experience in autonomous management of large scale projects
- Excellent team management and consultation skills
