Mercury IT, (mercuryit.com.au), currently has an opening for an experienced Senior IT Technician for a full-time role. This role is embedded onsite with our customer on a roster basis that includes weekends.
About the Role:
Senior IT Technician's are responsible for resolving Level 1, 2 and 3 support requests.
Roster either being Sunday - Thursday or Thursday - Monday. This role includes working of public holidays
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years' experience
* Present well
* Excellent work ethic
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
* Highly developed problem-solving skills
* Ability to build and support professional relationships
* A desire to continually develop your skills through company sponsored learning
* A police background check will be required for this role
Desirable skills and proficiencies:
* Relevant current industry certifications
* Previous MSP experience including support tools such as Autotask PSA and RMM (or similar)
