Floating Depot Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations at our depots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating depot activities to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders and stock, and ensure safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage orders and reconciliations to ensure accurate delivery of products.
* Oversee dispatch and delivery of packaged lubricants, as well as delivering lubricants in a utility vehicle.
* Safeguard health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities.
Required Skills:
* C class licence essential and must have own reliable transport.
* Forklift licence is desirable (not essential).
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Customer service and stock control/management experience.
* Understanding of safe work practices and transport/logistics.
* Experience in dangerous goods/petroleum industry is desirable.
