As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you'll be at the heart of our healthcare team, providing essential support to both patients and nursing staff. Your role will involve assisting with patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, while offering a comforting presence and ensuring patients' needs are met with empathy and respect. You'll work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. By being an attentive and reliable member of our team, you'll help create a positive and supportive environment for patients during their stay. Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital with over 500 beds. The campus includes the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre and offers a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services.

Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent, or 2-3 year undergraduate nursing student
