We are seeking experienced Landscape Labourers to support a variety of roles including lawn care and maintenance, groundwork preparation and hardscaping, as well as planting and turf installation.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, committed to safety, and skilled in using landscape tools to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.
We are looking for different roles:
1) Lawn Care & Maintenance:
* Mow, trim, and edge lawns to ensure a neat and well-maintained appearance.
* Rake leaves, remove weeds, and clear debris from outdoor areas.
* perform mulching as needed.
2) Groundwork & Hardscaping:
* Dig, trench, and grade land to establish proper drainage and prepare foundations.
* Spread topsoil, compost, and mulch before planting and compact soil for stable groundwork.
* Assist with the installation of irrigation and drainage systems.
* Support the construction of retaining walls, patios, walkways, garden edging, and installation of pavers, bricks, or stones—including mixing and pouring concrete when required.
* Operate essential tools including lawnmowers, line trimmers, edgers, rakes, garden forks, and hoses/sprinklers.
3) Planting & Turf Installation:
* Accurately plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and hedges in line with design specifications.
* Install both natural and artificial turf to achieve a smooth, long-lasting finish.
* Evenly distribute soil conditioners such as mulch and fertiliser, and assist with setting up irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.

Experience & Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 months experience in a related landscape labour (experience across any of the core areas will be considered).
Essential Requirements:
* Valid White Card.
* Proven physical stamina and a strong commitment to health and safety
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Must hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia, a Tax File Number (TFN), and appropriate superannuation arrangements.
* References are highly regarded.
Additional Information:A car is required for most projects; however, candidates without one are encouraged to apply for future opportunities.
Employment Details:
* Payment Frequency: Weekly
* Project Duration: Varies from short to medium/long-term
* 88 days: some projects may qualify for 88 days
* Wage: The salary ranges from 31.8$ to 35$, depending on experience and feedback.
* A travel allowance may be provided depending on the sites.
