* Contributing cultural insight to service planning, reflection and continuous improvement

How you'll work

You'll balance relational, cultural and operational responsibilities by:

* Offering culturally appropriate support in day‐to‐day residential environments
* Contributing to accurate records, reports and documentation in line with service requirements
* Supporting residents with approved activities and community connection, working alongside the broader team
* Sharing cultural knowledge in ways that respect cultural authority, boundaries and self‐care

* Strong ability to connect respectfully with people experiencing AOD and mental health challenges
* An understanding of culturally safe, trauma‐informed support
* Confidence working independently while staying connected to a team
* Willingness to contribute to service improvement in practical, achievable ways
