Our client is one of Australia's largest oil and gas producers based in Elizabeth Quay. The company has interests in approximately 30 projects that are in various stages of exploration or development. The focus of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Perth Office General Manager. The role is responsible for office coordination to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office function, provide supplies and services management for Perth and affiliated companies, liaison between the IT Helpdesk and staff and issuing invoices through SAP.

What you'll be doing:_**
- Diary management
- Liaise with external parties and represent the GM as required, ensuring good relations are maintained
- Arrange and coordinate functions and events
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and expenses using SAP
- Coordinate payments and statements for corporate credit cards, memberships, subscriptions etc.
- Liaise with the Corporate Travel Agent relationships
- Secretarial support to the Group Company Committee
**_ What you'll need:_**
- Able to adapt and re-prioritise at short notice
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software especially SAP is desirable
- Proven ability with team leadership
- Solid Communication and Interpersonal skills
