We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Op Shop Manager to lead our newest store in Willetton.

About the Role As the Op Shop Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our Willetton store.
You'll lead day-to-day operations, inspire a team of dedicated volunteers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience - all while helping generate vital funds for cat rescue, rehoming and care.
You'll work closely with Cat Haven's leadership team to: Achieve sales targets through smart stock management and visual merchandising Promote the store through creative advertising and social media Build strong community relationships to encourage donations and support Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team culture Supported by the Op Shop Supervisor this role has potential for future expansion across other Cat Haven Op Shop facilities in the Perth metropolitan area.
What You'll Need to Succeed in This Role To thrive as Cat Haven's Op Shop Manager, you'll bring a unique blend of retail expertise, leadership, and compassion.
Here's what we are looking for: 3 - 4 years' experience in retail management (Op Shop experience highly regarded) Strong knowledge of fashion brands, visual merchandising and stock control Experience pricing and sorting donated goods with ethical and sustainable practices Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, inclusive approach to customer service Demonstrated cooperative leadership in managing, training, and supporting teams, and fostering a culture of positivity and accountability Experience in rostering, onboarding, training and performance management of employees Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Calm, resourceful and creative approach to problem solving Demonstrated success in budget management, growing revenue and meeting sales targets with POS system experience and retail analytics Social media savvy with a knack for creative flair to promote in-store events, seasonal campaigns and community engagement Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and safe work practices A current WA Driver's Licence and Police Clearance Why Join Cat Haven?
