**Your new role**:
We are looking for the right person therefore this role can be tailored to be a full-time position based on 38 hours per week, or part time hours. Please let us know in your cover letter what hours you are looking for!
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable processing (invoice matching and ensuring AP payments are up to date)
- General administration duties including cash banking and reconciliation, and some accounts receivable
- Providing general administrative support to the team and customers including answering some incoming calls
- Posting to the AWM Clayton social media channels
- Managing the mailing list (through MailChimp)
- Supporting the branch manager with ad-hoc tasks including the organisation of social events
