About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as an Administration Manager for our Campbells Branch in Alice Springs. The Administration Manager is a key position within the Branch Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the branch's financials, ensuring they are closely monitored, within the set budget, and reported correctly and promptly. You will also handle processing customer payments, reconciliation of customer accounts, answering account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates, and credit note finalisation.
In this Role
* Responsible for Branch Accounts Payable and Receivable.
* Ensure all end-of-week and end-of-month financial reports are completed and reported on time.
* Ensure the weekly admin and sales payroll hours are correctly entered into KRONOS and all A/L, sick leave, and LSL forms are completed and submitted to payroll.
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
* Demonstrate visible leadership with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
* Ensure OH&S and HACCP compliance.
You’re Likely a Match If
* Experience in a similar role; FMCG background would be beneficial.
* Strong financial acumen.
* Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
* Proficient in Excel, spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Word, and Power BI.
