Saggers Group is a well-established wastewater and civil services business with a strong reputation across Perth and Regional WA. We specialise in civil works, wastewater infrastructure, ATU installations, sewer connections and liquid waste services.

We deliver projects across residential, rural and small civil works, installing 150+ wastewater systems each year. Our team is known for quality workmanship, reliable crews and well-run sites.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced all-round operator who can confidently operate excavators, loaders and bobcats while working alongside our installation crews.

• Operating excavators, loaders and bobcats
• Civil excavation and trenching works
• Sewer connections and drainage installations
• Wastewater treatment system installations (ATU/ septic systems)
• Preparing sand pads and leach drain areas
• Site preparation, backfilling and finishing works
• Carting sand for civil jobs
• Supporting installers and plumbers where required

Our projects range from residential properties to rural and commercial civil infrastructure work, so the ability to work efficiently across different site conditions is important.

• Solid experience operating excavators, loaders and bobcats
• Experience in civil construction, drainage, plumbing or wastewater
• Ability to operate excavators accurately and produce clean trenching/finished work
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on site
• Reliable with pride in quality work
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
• White Card and current driver's licence. HR licence minimum requirement.
• Highly regarded: HC licence
• Machinery operating tickets
• Drainage or plumbing experience

• Full-time or Casual position with consistent work. Position available immediately.
