Role Description
We are looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator to join the IFFM team in Melbourne. This is an on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC and involves supporting sponsorship partnerships across the festival, assisting with sponsor outreach, coordination, and relationship management. The coordinator will help with sponsorship proposals, brand deliverables, on-ground execution during the festival, and post-event reporting.
The role also works closely with marketing, programming, and events teams to ensure sponsor visibility and seamless collaboration across festival activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing sponsor relationships and communications
* Support sponsorship outreach and proposal development
* Coordinate sponsor branding, activations, and deliverables
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure sponsor commitments are met
* Assist during festival events and key industry sessions post-event reporting.
