Job Title
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative services to our Engineering Department.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the provision of administrative support to the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will establish and manage effective office management systems, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing secretarial support and typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos in an accurate and timely manner
* Completing accurate and timely coding of invoices
* Raising Work Orders in Oracle Fusion and allocating jobs
* Decommissioning Assets in Oracle
* Managing Electronic Document Storage
