Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties including correspondence and record management
* Accounts payable and receivable processing
* Bank reconciliations and data entry
* Assisting with payroll processing
* Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal staff
* Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administration and/or accounts role
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills
