We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service and office Administrators for opportunities based in Wetherill Park. These roles offer Monday to Friday hours with the potential for long-term employment in supportive team environments.
Available Rosters
* Wetherill Park: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Temp to Perm)
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Processing and keying customer orders accurately
* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
* Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and order issues
* Managing cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
* Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely customer outcomes
* Maintaining accurate customer, order, and account records across systems
* Providing general administrative support to daily operations
* Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debtor account management
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
* NetSuite experience highly regarded
* Salesforce experience beneficial
* Strong order processing / data entry skills
* Confident phone manner and clear communication skills
* Experience in case management or handling customer investigations
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
